A state of the art Olympic Taekwondo training centre that is the Largest Martial Arts School In Burlington at 17,500sq. ft. We also have the largest staff of certified, Black Belt, ADULT, Instructors of any martial arts school in the area.

Head Instructor (Mr. Shawn Trickett) with 27 yrs. experience, Internationally Certified by both the World Taekwondo Federation (KUKKIWON)(WTF) and the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) with his ITF Certification issued and signed by the founder of Taekwondo, Grandmaster Choi, Hong Hi !! He is also a highly sought after and experienced competition coach who has guided countless athletes to Gold in Provincial, National and International Competitions including 2 of his students competing in carding for the Olympics and having students qualify for both the Universiad and Pan Am Games!

*Serious Competitive Sparring Programs. You can train with active Provincial, National and International level TAEKWONDO competitors, including CURRENT NATIONAL CHAMPIONS in Government recognized Olympic Taekwondo competition for Canada. INTERNATIONAL GOLD MEDALISTS and the opportunity to train with some of CANADAS' NATIONAL TEAM members and OLYMPIANS !!

*Government Recognized, International, Black Belt Certification through KUKKIWON for all of our Black Belts. This is the only International certification that will allow competitors to compete in Government recognized Taekwondo competitions in Canada and is the only International certification acceptable to qualify to compete in the OLYMPICS !!

*Our School is a proud member of the Ontario Taekwondo Association, Taekwondo Canada and the World Taekwondo Federation.
