Instructors

Our mantra states “providing best value in the market place”. We take
this positioning very seriously. As a leading Tae Kwon Do school we are
very cognizant to the value of both our internal and external customers.
Our students range from Little Dragons who can be as young as 3 years
old to  parents and grandparents that want to improve or maintain the
fitness level that is right for them.

Our students and instructors need to feel that their best interest is
our top priority. This goal can only be accomplished by establishing
key indicators for club performance and customer satisfaction. This
starts with the owners who are very hands on. Their daily interaction
with both the students and instructors established a culture of openness
to all. This activity as well as customer surveys established a pulse
of customer sentiment and priorities.

Our internal customers are measured either quarterly or monthly pending position. Their input into
career paths and goals are discussed with the goal of developing a
roadmap being established with mutual responsibility of getting to their
next destination.
