Training From Home: Kick Balance Challenge
Hope you’re all keeping okay. With everything going on right now it can be difficult to stay positive. Sometimes having something immediate to focus on can help clear your mind of all the noise and worry that’s bouncing around all the time.
So today we’re going to focus on holding out a leg at least as high as your hip for as long as you can. Our starting goal is for 10 seconds.
